My "our" new ride...

Well it is official....the van has been laid to rest...no more swagger wagon!

We found a sweet deal on this gorgeous 2011 Chevy Traverse and decided to take the plunge. This car has everything! From butt warmers to seat coolers! Two sunroofs, Satellite radio, which is probably a bad thing because now I will constantly be searching for a station instead of just settling for what is already there; a DVD player, as well as, Navigation, which is probably a good thing as I am always getting lost or turned around! SO see it has pros and cons! LOL

Bird Feeders

For an art project this year, we decided to make bird feeders out of water bottles and wooden spoons. The kids had a blast making these and have kept them filled up for all the birds to come and feast in our backyard and with two trees in the backyard, there is plenty for the birds to feast on!

New Mexico Wind Storm...

I have lived through severe thunderstorms in the south, foggy conditions in the west, and blizzard conditions in the north, but nothing compares to a New Mexico Wind storm. The wind here has been CRAZY! Blowing up to 70 mph in places. Here are a few of the crazy pics that I managed to take.
