Happy Anniversary...

Well five years ago today we said those two little words that bind a man and a woman..."I DO". What a blessing these past five years have been. They have had many changes, some good and some a little harder to handle, but so worth everyday! I feel blessed to have met this man and look forward to sharing many more years togehter.

Souvenier's from Daddy...

Daddy brought back all kinds of souveniers for the kids. He brought them some beanies (G's was purple/blue/pink and J's was camo) made by some ladies that knit for our troops, he brought G a snowglobe from Seattle, as she collects them. He also brought J a Wall-e PEZ dispenser, as he collects them now. They loved their gifts from dad.

Valentine's Day

Daddy made it home from Montana just in time to celebrate Valentine's Day. We all had a great day. We all headed to P.F. Chang's for our dinner where the kids actually ate their whole meal with "training chops" or chopsticks that come with the kids menu. They have always tried with the adult chopsticks and were unable to do it.
After enjoying our meal of Changs spicy chicken, Kung pao shrimp, dumplings and rice, we came home and enjoyed our traditional homemade, heart-shaped chocolate chip cookie. We then exchanged our "valentines" and had a nice quiet evening.

Super Bowl Sunday

Usually every year we have our own little Super Bowl Party. The kids love it. This year was a little different due to Daddy being TDY in Montana. The kids and I decided to have our own little party. Complete with pizza, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, cake, and I also made the kids Shirley Temples. The kids were rooting for the Colts to win. They even came up with their own touchdown victory dance. It was too cute! After watching the whole game, they were a little disappointed but had a lot of fun.
