Build-a-Bear

J and G got to "build" a bear at Build-a-Bear Workshop at the mall here in Albuquerque as a special treat from Dad and I. They had so much fun! J's bear is a Camo bear dressed up like his favorite singer TobyMac. He named it Toby MacBear.

G's "bear" is a Hello Kitty doll. She chose pajamas and slippers for her to wear. Complete with a small microphone since G thinks she is a rock star. She walks around singing and dancing all the time.

Dad's New Truck

Here are a few pictures of our new truck. We got a GREAT deal on this vehicle and are so happy with it. Of course, I haven't even got to drive it yet! He's being stingy.....not really...
The kids had no idea what we were doing. We told them that we were having the car we traded in painted red. They were shocked and so excited!!! Now all they want to ride in is the truck. They don't think the van is cool anymore. :-(

A little arts and crafts time...

I got J and G some porcelain figurines to paint and they had so much fun doing it. G painted some Easter eggs and J painted some space magnets.

Grandma and Grandpa's Visit...

Grandma and Grandpa came to visit us in Albuquerque. We all had such a good time visiting. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if Dad had been here the whole time. He got to spend an afternoon with them before he had to leave for his trip to Missouri the following day.
J and G had so much fun playing jokes on Grandpa "george" as they like to call him. They got him several times with J's whoopie cushion...it was so funny!
